We'll help with asset discovery. Where there is a need for our strategic expertise, we launch our intake process and contact plan administrators to define the full scope of benefits available. If a brief review surfaces an alternative approach that meets client needs and goals without further action (e.g., QDRO drafting), we'll suggest it and exit with no fee due.
03 let’s get to work
Once our intake process begins, our team will confirm procedures with plan administrators and we'll perform a quality control review of proposed separation agreement/stipulation language to ensure it is actionable. You and your clients can opt to receive status checkpoint updates from start to finish.
